II. Information Categories Collected

• Identity Data: Full name, verified mobile number, and unique device identifiers.
• Event Metadata: Event titles, manually entered addresses, timings, and attendee counts.
• Commercial Data: Transaction records through secure payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), delivery addresses, and billing history.
• Technical Logs: IP addresses, browser types, and system performance telemetry for service optimization.

III. Purpose of Processing

We process data solely for the purpose of fulfilling our service obligations. This includes platform facilitation, security verification via OTP, and improving the "Evah" ecosystem experiences. We maintain a strict **Data Minimization** principle, collecting only what is essential for the intended functionality.

V. User Rights (Data Principals)

Under Indian law, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request the update or deletion of your inaccurate profile data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke permissions for data processing at any time through application settings.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise these rights on your behalf.

By accessing Mitranic LLP services, you enter into a legally binding contract. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Intermediary Status

Mitranic LLP acts as an **Intermediary** under Section 2(1)(w) of the IT Act, 2000. We facilitate connections between event hosts and vendors. We do not own or control the services provided by independent vendors on the "Evah" platform.

2. User Eligibility & Conduct

Users must be at least 18 years of age. Mitranic maintains a **Zero Tolerance Policy** for harassment, hate speech, or the upload of prohibited content. Violation of conduct guidelines will result in immediate termination of account access without warning.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mitranic LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party vendors, although we maintain strict verification standards for partners.

Transparent commerce is central to the Mitranic ecosystem.

• Event Bookings

  Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations between 7-29 days are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days.

• Marketplace Products

  Verified defects or incorrect items are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Payments are processed securely via Cashfree.
